I want to share another breakfast I regularly eat with you. This one isn’t as season dependant as the Strawberry oats yogurt recipe.
So in my search for non-bread breakfasts, I’ve tried many different things. Most weren’t filling enough, making me hungry again as soon as I got to work. With this banana yogurt mix, that’s definitely not a problem.
Okay, so this isn’t actually a recipe and I’m sure you can all figure out how to do this. Just a quick one then:
– 1 Banana
– 1/2 Tbsp chia seed (optional)
– 2-3 Tbsp oats (rolled or instant)
– Greek yogurt
- Mash the banana.
- Add chia seed and oats to the banana.
- Add as much greed yogurt as you’d like and mix.
